Description
Second set of NPCs I did! These ones are in the background of the Little Innsmouth stage. 
For these, I received sketches, then I drew lineart, shaded and colored all of them. I believe I also set up quite a few of them to be animated. But I did not animate them in-game.

bawwww I remember seeing these!! I totally pointed all of them out and was like "SOMEONE EVEN DREW AMAZING UNIQUE BACKGROUND CHARACTERS!!" I hope they become playable someday! XD
