I needed to do a little something to convince myself that I can draw again. (I'm sure some of you know but if you don't draw for a while, it's hard to get back on the wagon.) has a contest going on right now to make a fantasy character for a project of hers, and It's due soon so I figured I would get it out of the way quickly. I used the same base off of a previous Magdalene picture and the 6 foot profile is of Vespa. (b/c I wanted this to be done pretty quickly) Anyway, here is the character I made, enjoy.

Dislikes: When people think she is weak just b/c she is small, her legs, wool, doing dishes, cheese, storms, birds.
Pets: Demitri, her giant snail.
Personality: Friendly, curious, smart, jealous, lively, loyal, determined, essentric.

Miette is mechanic on the pirate ship "Dread". She is still in the process of being accepted amongst the crew before she can move on to some pillaging. (Little to the crew's knowledge, she is incredibly strong; being able to lift up to 10 times her body weight.)

Miette is very agile and quite fast as well so she has always been very good at athletics. Since people tend to take her for granted, she likes to make herself look weak and lure people into competetions that they later lose. She actually makes quite a lucrative living off these bets, but she felt that her life lacked adventure. Thus, she joined the pirates life to travel the world and gain more riches. :3 The crew didn't want to take her along initially, but she somehow witted her way in; tricking the captain into taking her.

Miette can also double as a translator considering her ethnic backgrounds. She is fluent in Elven, Gnomish, English and has the capacity to learn more if she wishes.

She spends her free time making inventions, taking things apart and rebuilding them, reading and polishing Demitri's shell.
