EDIT: Thanks for all the comments today! Just so people know, once I finish a drawing, I pretty much never go back to it. So, this is the final version and no changes will be made in the future. Thanks!
Been wanting to draw Lulu for a loooong time but she's very detailed so it's hard to get the motivation to work on her very hard outfit! O: lol
I will be making a print of this for Fanime.
Let me answer some questions as I imagine I'll get asked them:
1. How did you do the lace detail on her outfit? I looked at her reference and found about 6 common shapes that are used in it. Mostly roses, different flowers, swirls, and leaves. So I drew the shape once and then copied and pasted them to where I wanted them :3 Mostly, i do this b/c one: it would take tooooo long to draw them all by hand and two: it makes them look more uniform and nice :3
2. How long did the image take you? About 10 hours I think, it actually went by pretty quickly. :3
3. Why the Cait Sith? Because I always liked using Cait Siths as her dolls, b/c they are cool looking : D
Anyway, enjoy!

I love the colors and the smoothness <3 It's so amazing... ;u; I love the mixture of gradient and cel-shading.
